ARMRA Colostrum: My New(-ish) Go-To Wellness Supplement

This section is important. If you follow me on Instagram, you will remember that I first started using ARMRA by mixing it in my coffee – WHICH YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO. You cannot mix it in hot liquids.
Here’s how I like to incorporate it into my routine:
Morning Boost: I mix a scoop of ARMRA into a glass of water first thing in the morning. It’s an easy way to start my day with a nutrient-packed drink.I usually do this or just simply dry scoop it into my mouth.
Post-Workout Recovery: After a workout, I will occasionally add it to my protein shake for an extra boost of recovery benefits (and if I forgot to take it prior).
